Train your workers to spot diseases

Encouraging your staff to stay alert while pruning helps catch disease early. This way, you can prevent losses before they happen.

Print a color picture of your main diseases and pests. Hang it at eye level inside your tunnel so everyone knows exactly what to look for. Write on it what a worker needs to do if they spot a disease.

Inform them about the dangers of condensation. Ask them to report any droplets falling from the plastic, condensation on fruit, or condensation on leaves. Ensure that everyone on the farm contributes to disease prevention.
