All equipments are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. If a device ceases to function normally during the period covered by the warranty, Automatisation Orisha inc. will replace it for you free of charge.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of the devices like bad connections, water damage, broken tensiometers and pressure monitors, enclosures left open and exposed to moisture. The warranty also does not cover breakage resulting from overvoltage.POLICY & REFUND
Exchange and Refund Policy:
In the event of a defect resulting from a manufacturing defect, a replacement device will be sent by post. Labor costs for replacement are the responsibility of the customer. Times may vary depending on the speed of the postal service and the availability of replacement parts. The cost for returning defective equipment under warranty is the responsibility of Automatisation Orisha inc. The customer must first obtain a return number.
When replacing equipment, labor costs (eg disconnecting and reconnecting wires) are the customers responsibility.DELIVERY INFO
Once payment has been received, we ship your order within 5 to 15 business days, if all parts are currently available in our inventory. If some parts are missing, the shipment may take between 5 and 6 weeks. It also takes 2 business days for Canada Post delivery.
